Litter #3 - I'm Still Available

All of my brothers and sisters went to their new homes yesterday, and I'm having fun with my mom and dad, but I wish I could find a new home like my litter mates. If you know anyone who might like to give me a home, please have them contact my human mom and dad (kacey76@hotmail.com). I am learning real fast to go potty outside and I stayed in my crate for the first time last night and didn't even have one accident. I'm really sweet and cuddly and of course I like to play a lot 'cause I'm an eight week old puppy. My human mom and dad are starting to get really attached to me, so I probably need to find a new home soon or they will be really sad when I leave!

Litter #3 - A Dirty Mess

Playtime outside is a daily routine, but the heat makes it nearly unbearable. The pups know that if they dig a couple of top layers off the dirt they will discover a cool spot. They seem perfectly content covered from head to toe in dirt.

Litter #3 - 7 Weeks

Get your wide open spaces ready ... these pups are off an running in a split second now! They love to play outside and are resourceful enough to find the shade spots pretty quickly after a couple of races and tackles with their siblings.

They are doing fantastic with potty training! It is rare to find an accident anywhere other than the potty room in their condo. Every morning they are set free to roam loose in our living and dining room area and the past couple of days they have realized the purpose for the paper and have all begun to potty there.

This litter is by far the most willing the cuddle, which we are taking full advantage of. They are all so sweet and I know next Saturday is going to be a day of mourning in our house!!!

Litter #3 - Papa Jake

Jake is such a terrific dad to the pups. At 90 pounds he could certainly do some harm if he wanted, but he instinctively knows that he needs to be gentle with them ... even if they are trying to nurse him with their razor sharp puppy teeth.

Litter #3 - 6 Weeks

There is always one in each litter who falls alseep in the food bowl. This time it was garnet and he wins the prize for literally sleeping in it!

The pups had their first round of vaccinations and all got a good bill of health from the vet. The energy level is through the roof now, and we are constantly trying to find new ways to keep them entertained. This big box was a hit, but only lasted about two days.
