Litter #2 - 6 Weeks

Oh my ... these little cuties are growing so fast! They all got their first set of shots on Monday and the Vet says they look just fine. They are well on their way to eating just puppy food and the potty room is a hit! Very few accidents in other rooms of the puppy condo ... now if we could just get them to quit playing in the potty room!!!

Litter #2 - 5 Weeks

The energy level has increased and week 5 has been action packed! It takes a good 30 - 45 minutes of play time to wear these little guys out. They are all eating well, still puppy mush and mama's milk. Their teeth are like little razors and they love to chew, especially on each other's legs or ears.

Litter #2 - Almost 4 Weeks

The pups are one day shy of 4 weeks old today. This week they have supplemented their diet with blended puppy food and water. Watching them drink water for the first time was hysterical ... they each submerged their entire nose into the water and came up for air snorting, coughing and confused. They are coming along pretty well with the potty training, but we still have some work to do there. Tomorrow we head to the vet again for round two of the de-worming medicine.

"Black" was the first to fall asleep in the food bowl

We had our fall photo shoot today :)

Litter #2 - Almost Three Weeks

This is a once in a lifetime picture ... I walked in to check on them and they were all lined up and sound asleep.
.

We're almost at three weeks old and all the pups are over three pounds now. They grow so fast! They are all perfecting their wobble and are maneuvering around quite quickly. This weekend we are focusing on learning where the potty room is. As soon as their little eyes pop open we move them immediately so they don't potty in their sleeping quarters. The last litter actually did pretty good with this, so I expect these little guys and gals will figure it out soon enough.

.
Within the next week we will start feeding them real food, which always provides fabulous photos ... stay tuned!
